On February 29, 1996, Assembly Bill 975, relating to exempting the sales of flex-time time-share property from the sales tax and subjecting them to the real estate transfer fee, was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. Pursuant to the authority provided by Assembly Rule 45(1), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 975 from the Committee on Ways and Means and rerefer it to the Joint Survey Committee on Tax Exemptions.
Representative Michael Lehman, chairman of the Assembly Committee on Ways and Means, has consented to this rereferral.
