The Senate was called to order by Senator Brian Rude.

The prayer this morning was offered by Pastor Gary Daines of Our Saviors Lutheran Church and Skogdale Lutheran Church in Westby.
The Senate remained standing and Senator Zien led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
