Announcements, adjournment honors and remarks under special privilege
Senator Rude, with the consent of the Majority Leader and Minority Leader, introduced and welcomed Mr. Patrick Gichohi of Kenya, Assistant Principal Clerk in the Kenyan National Assembly and Mr. Charles Matengu of Namibia, a staff person for the National Council of Namibia, both of whom are here as interns in the National Conference of State Legislatures' Staff Training Program in Anglophone Africa. Mr. Matengu and Mr. Gichohi will be in Wisconsin for seven weeks working with the Clerk's office, committee staff and Legislative service agencies.
