On November 13, 1997, Clearinghouse Rule Assembly 96-113 regarding wetlands was referred to the Assembly Committee on Agriculture. Pursuant to Assembly Rule 13(2)(b), I hereby withdraw Clearinghouse Rule Assembly 96-113 from the Assembly Committee on and re-refer that rule to the Assembly Committee on Natural Resources.
