Assembly Bill 931 relating to establishing a worker's compensation insurer pool was referred to the Assembly Committee on
Labor and Employment. Pursuant to Assembly Rule
42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw
Assembly Bill 931 from the Assembly Committee on
Labor and Employment and re-refer AB 931 to the Assembly Committee on
Insurance, Securities and Corporate Policy.
Representative Dan Vrakas has consented to the re-referral.
