On May 12, 1998, Assembly Bill 5, April 1998 Special Session relating to income tax and franchise tax credits for sales taxes paid on fuel and electricity used in manufacturing was referred to the Joint Committee on Tax Exemptions. Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 5, April 1998 Special Session from the Joint Committee Tax Exemptions and re-refer it to the Joint Committee on Finance.
Representative Frank Urban has consented to the re-referral.
