RE: 1999 AB 89 and 1999 AB 90
When my office submitted two proposals for introduction, we erroneously switched the co-sponsor lists on 1999 AB 89 and 1999 AB 90. (See my letter in the Tuesday, February 9, 1999 Assembly Journal, page 63-64.)
The co-sponsors for 1999 AB 89 (relating to late payment of property taxes) should be as follows: Representatives ZIEGELBAUER, J. LEHMAN, AINSWORTH, BOCK, HANDRICK, MUSSER PLALE, PLOUFF, POWERS, RYBA, STASKUNAS, SYKORA AND WASSERMAN.
Therefore, I ask unanimous consent to delete the following legislators from AB 89: Representatives F. LASEE, CARPENTER, CULLEN, GRONEMUS, GROTHMAN, J. LEHMAN AND TURNER and Senators PLACHE and GROBSCHMIDT.
I also ask unanimous consent to add the following legislators to AB 89: Representatives M. LEHMAN, AINSWORTH, BOCK, HANDRICK, PLOUFF and STASKUNAS.
A73 The co-sponsors for 1999 AB 90 (relating to sales taxes for coupon purchases) should be as follows: Representatives ZIEGELBAUER, F. LASEE, CARPENTER, CULLEN, GRONEMUS, GROTHMAN, F. LEHMAN, MUSSER, PLALE, POWERS, RYBA, SYKORA, TURNER and WASSERMAN, co-sponsored by Senators PLACHE and GROBSCHMIDT.
Therefore, I ask unanimous consent to delete the following legislators from AB 90: Representatives M. LEHMAN, AINSWORTH, BOCK, HANDRICK, PLOUFF and STASKUNAS.
I also ask unanimous consent to add the following legislators to AB 90: Representatives F. LASEE, CARPENTER, CULLEN, GRONEMUS, GROTHMAN, J. LEHMAN and TURNER and Senators PLACHE and GROBSCHMIDT.
Thank you.
