Dear Mr. Sanders:
On March 21, 2000, Assembly Bill 913 relating to prohibiting a person who has been convicted of mayhem or certain serious crimes against property from being licensed to operate, employed or contracted by or permitted to reside at an entity that provides direct care or treatment services to clients was referred to the Assembly Committee on Organization. Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 913 from the Assembly Committee on Organization and re-refer that bill to the Assembly Committee on Health.
On March 21, 2000, Assembly Bill 915 relating to creating a donor registry board, creating a Wisconsin donor registry, the definition of "document of gift", modifying the form for the power of attorney for health care, requiring a study, providing an exemption from emergency rule procedures, granting rule-making authority and making an appropriation was referred to the Assembly Committee on Organization. Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 915 from the Assembly Committee on Organization and re-refer that bill to the Assembly Committee on Health.
