Section 46.972(4) of the statutes requires the Department of Health and Family Services to submit to the Legislature a report each year on the allocation and expenditure of funds for services for homeless individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Attached is the report for Calendar Year 1999.

We are pleased to share with you the attached report in compliance with section 9154 Non-statutory Provisions 1999 Wisconsin Act 9. This provision of the 1999-2001 biennial budget requires the President of the University System and the Director of the Wisconsin Technical College System to submit a report to the legislature on "efforts made to coordinate transfer of credits from the technical college system to the University of Wisconsin System, including a plan to coordinate the transfer of credits for additional programs, and a timetable for implementation of the plan."
