On January 19, 2001, Assembly Bill 9, relating to transportation aids to local professional football stadium districts and making an appropriation, was referred to the Assembly Committee on Transportation. Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw Assembly Bill 9 from the Assembly Committee on Transportation and re-refer that bill to the Joint Committee on Finance.
