Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 10(2) of the Wisconsin Constitution, you submitted the nomination to the Legislature on February 28, 2001.
The Assembly, acting in accordance with the provisions of Assembly Rule 51m, adopted Assembly Resolution 24 on March 7, 2001. The resolution was adopted on an oral roll call vote by a vote of 75 Ayes and 22 Noes.
