The Senate met.
The Senate was called to order by Senator Fred Risser.
The roll was called and the following Senators answered to their names:

The Senate stood for the prayer which was offered by Pastor Randy King of Wyldewood Baptist Church in Oshkosh..
The Senate remained standing and Senator Roessler led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
A musical selection was performed by Ehtan King, Philip Hammond, Philip Clayton and Daniel Clayton, a quartet of young men from the Wyldewood Christian School in Oshkosh. These young men have won 3 consectutive Christian school state competitions as well as 3 first place standings in the Accelerated Christian Education national competition.
