Dear Mr. Fuller:
I am writing to seek your assistance in remedying a mistake made by a former staff member that has recently come to light.
The names of the cosponsors of two proposals I have authored were listed incorrectly and one of the proposals was subsequently introduced with the incorrect cosponsors. That proposal, 2003 Assembly Bill 331, should have the following cosponsors:
Representatives Cullen, Sinicki, Zepnick, Gunderson, Turner and Ziegelbauer; Senators Reynolds, Plale and Carpenter.
I am also sending to Assembly Records the second of the two proposals, LRB-1969/2, relating to the creation of an individual income tax checkoff for a breast cancer research program. The cosponsors for this proposal are listed correctly on the bill jacket.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this mistake and appreciate your assistance in correcting this error. If you have any questions or concerns about this matter, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
David A. Cullen
State Representative
13th Assembly District
