Tom was a longtime resident of West Bend and was very involved in the community and its progress. He will be missed by his family and close friends.

Lynne was a longtime member of Tempo Fox Valley, and the first member chosen as a Community Volunteer.
Besides her remarkable career in Camp Fire, the Oshkosh Community YMCA, and the Oshkosh Chamber, Lynne was a tireless advocate for countless causes in Oshkosh and Winnebago County. She taught Youth in Government for many years, recruited candidates for every local office, served on the Winnebago County Board, helped restore The Grand Opera House, and helped carve a place for the Winnebago county Historical Society. She was chairman of Evergreen Retirement Community and Co-Chair of the Sesquicentennial Committee. Moreover, Lynne was in attendance at nearly every cultural event in the community.
One of Lynne's most recent achievements was to acquire a beautiful antique clock reproduction which now stands in Opera House Square. That clock, a tribute to Lynne, is slated for dedication next Wednesday.
Irresistible as a fund-raiser for good causes, Lynne Webster was tireless in her efforts to make Oshkosh the Center of the Universe.
