In accordance with Joint Rule 81 (2), it is moved that the Senate Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 18, 2004, solely for the purpose of taking action on bills relating to: adopting federal law as it relates to health savings accounts for state income and franchise tax purposes; and, Medical Assistance Program and Community Aids Program funding and programs and making an appropriation.
