In accordance with Joint Rule 81(2), it is moved that the Assembly Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session at 12:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 20, 2005, solely for the purpose of taking up bills relating to the:
Ratification of the agreements negotiated between the state of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin State Employees Union, AFSCME Council 24, and its appropriate affiliated locals, AFL-CIO, for the 2003-05 biennium, covering employees in the administrative support, blue collar and nonbuilding trades, security and public safety, and technical collective bargaining units, and authorizing expenditure of funds.
Paid vacation leave for certain nonrepresented state employees.
Ayes: 8 - Representatives Gard, Huebsch, J. Fitzgerald, Freese, Vrakas, Kreuser, Richards and Turner.
