The Assembly met in the Assembly Chamber located in the State Capitol.
Speaker Gard in the chair.
The prayer was offered by Reverend Kathleen Connor of the United Church of Christ in Williams Bay.
Representative Turner led the membership in reciting the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
Representative Kerkman introduced Casey Thornburgh from Lake Geneva, who sang the Star Spangled Banner from the rostrum.
