The Senate was called to order by Senator Alan Lasee.

Senator Schultz, with unanimous consent, asked that the members of the 432d Civil Affairs Battalion, Green Bay, Wisconsin come forward to the podium.
Major Mark Chamberlain, accompanied by Major Michael Hert, Captain David Albino, Captain Shannon Way, Specialist First Class Craig Weber, Sergeant Joe Boersma, Specialist Aaron Wesoloski, presented the Wisconsin State Senate a Wisconsin State Flag flown over the Iraqi secret police headquarters in the City of Kirkuk, Province of Kirkuk, Iraq, to honor Wisconsin's men and women of the United States Armed Forces who gave their lives in the Global War on Terrorism.
