The following motion was approved by the committee on Assembly Organization:
In accordance with Joint Rule
81 (2), it is moved that the Assembly Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, solely for the consideration of Senate Bill 232.
Ayes: 7 - Representatives Sheridan, Nelson, Seidel, Staskunas, Barca, J. Fitzgerald and Gottlieb.
Noes: 1 - Representative Suder.

The following motion was approved by the committee on Senate Organization:
In accordance with Joint Rule
81(2) and Senate Rule
93, it is moved that the Senate Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary session at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, solely for the consideration of Senate Bill 232. It is further moved that this proposal be exempt from the public hearing requirement pursuant to Senate Rule
18(1m).
Ayes: 5 - Senators Decker, Risser, Hansen, Fitzgerald and Grothman.
Noes: 0 - None.
