I, JIM DOYLE, Governor of the State of Wisconsin, pursuant to Article IV, Section 11 and Article V, section 4 of the Constitution of Wisconsin do require the convening of a special session of the Legislature at the Capitol in Madison, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on December 16, 2009, solely to consider and act upon Senate Bill 405 and Assembly Bill 534.
