****NOTE: Senate Bill 199 amends s. 6.97 (title) without under scoring the added material. In addition, after Senate Bill 199 was introduced, the text of s. 6.97 (title) was affected by 2009 Wis. Act 180. This correction adds the appropriate under scoring to the Senate Bill 199 treatment while also making adjustments that are necessary to reflect the Act 180 treatment.
