I was present on the floor of the Assembly and near my seat during the vote on final passage of Special Session Assembly Bill 11 (budget repair bill) at 1:05 a.m. this morning, but was not given adequate time by the Speaker Pro Tempore to cast my vote on behalf of my constituents. Had all Assembly members been given adequate time by the Speaker Pro Tempore to cast our votes, I would have voted NO on this bill. Please enter this email in the Assembly Journal
