Under Assembly Rule 9 (c), the minority leader is charged with nominating minority members for appointment by the Speaker to legislative standing committees. This letter is to make nominations to the newly created State Affairs and Government Operations Committee, pursuant to Assembly Resolution 19, and revise nominations made earlier this session.
