Speaker Vos introduced the 14th Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso, who was escorted to the rostrum by Representative Stone, Representative Hesselbein and Sherab Phunkyi. Representative Stone addressed the members from the rostrum on the history of the Dalai Lama. His Holiness addressed the members from the rostrum.
