Assembly Speaker Robin Vos
Room 211 West, State Capitol
Madison, WI 53708
Dear Speaker Vos:
Pursuant to Assembly Rule 42 (3)(c), I respectfully request that Assembly Bill 286 be referred back to the Assembly Committee on State Affairs and Government Operations. My request stems from a procedural concern regarding the initial withdrawal of AB 286. Proper consent by myself through signature was never given for the withdrawal. As a result I am asking AB 286 be returned to the Committee on State Affairs and Government Operations.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
ROB SWEARINGEN
State Representative
