This letter is to inform you of my resignation from the Wisconsin State Senate, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 8.50 (4)(e), effective at the close of business on November 10, 2017.
It has been my distinct honor and privilege to serve the residents of the 10th Senate District in the State Senate since 2000. Now I look forward to serving the State of Wisconsin in my new role as Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
