“3m. Page 18, line 19: delete lines 19 to 24 and substitute:
SECTION 25b. 704.90 (6) (a) 5. a. of the statutes is amended to read: 704.90 (6) (a) 5. a. A brief and general description of the personal property reasonably adequate to permit its identification, as provided in the notices under sub. (5) (b).”.”.
****NOTE: Assembly Amendment 1 deletes from Assembly Bill 469 the repeal of section 704.90 (6) (a) 5. a., which restores that subdivision paragraph. Section 704.90 (6) (a) 5. a. refers to descriptions of personal property as provided in notices under section 704.90 (5) (b), but only section 704.90 (5) (b) 1. b. and 2. ag. relate to personal property and they are repealed in Assembly Bill 469. This item eliminates the reference to material that is repealed in the bill.
