In accordance with Joint Rule 81 (2) and Senate Rule 93, it is moved that the Committee on Senate Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session beginning at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, solely for the consideration of Assembly Bill 947, and a substitute amendment to Assembly Bill 947: LRBs0436. This bill shall be considered to be at the same stage of the proceedings as it had attained during the regular session. Ayes: 3 - Senators Fitzgerald, Lazich and Farrow.
Noes: 2 - Senators Shilling and Hansen.

In accordance with Joint Rule 81 (2) and Assembly Rule 93, it is moved that the Committee on Assembly Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session beginning at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, solely for the consideration of Assembly Bill 947, and a substitute amendment to Assembly Bill 947: LRBs0436. This bill shall be considered to be at the same stage of the proceedings as it had attained during the regular session. Ayes: 5 − Representatives Vos, Steineke, Knodl, August and Murtha.
