I request that it be noted in the Assembly Journal that had I been able to participate in the Assembly Session on January 28th, 2021, I would have voted “No” on whether the ruling of the Chair should stand that Assembly Amendment 1 to Senate Amendment 1 to Assembly Amendment 1 to Senate Substitute Amendment 1 was not germane to Assembly Bill 1; I would have voted “No” on adoption of Assembly Amendment 2 to Senate Amendment 1 to Assembly Amendment 1 to Senate Substitute Amendment 1 to Assembly Bill 1; I would have voted “No” on concurrence in Assembly Bill 1 as amended by Senate Substitute Amendment 1; and I would have voted “No” on concurrence in Senate Joint Resolution 3.
