The houses went into joint convention.
Senate President Kapenga presiding.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Governor Tony Evers delivered the 2021-2023 biennial budget address virtually. Pursuant to Joint Rule 73, the governor’s message is printed in the Senate journal only. Representative Steineke moved that the joint convention arise.
