I request that it be noted in the Assembly Journal that had I been able to participate in the Assembly Session on April 13, 2021, I would have voted “Aye” on the passage of Senate Bill (SB) 11, Assembly Bill (AB) 18, SB 69, SB 64, and SB 85. I would have voted “No” on the question of upholding the decision of the chair on Assembly Amendment 1 to SB 50, and “Aye” on passage of SB 50.
 Furthermore, I request that it be noted in the Assembly Journal that had I been able to participate in the Assembly Session on April 13, 2021, I would have voted “No” on the questions of upholding the decision of the chair regarding Assembly Substitute Amendment (ASA) 1 to AB 232,  ASA 1 to AB 233, ASA 1 to AB 234, ASA 1 to AB 235, ASA 1 to AB 236, ASA 1 to AB 237, ASA 1 to AB 238, ASA 1 to AB 239, ASA 1 to AB 240, ASA 1 to AB 241, Assembly Amendment 2 to AB 242, and ASA 1 to AB 243, and would have voted “Aye” on all of these amendments if given the chance. Additionally, I would have voted “Aye” on the passage of Assembly Amendment 1 to AB 242 and AB 242.
Finally, I request that it be noted in the Assembly Journal that had I been able to participate in the Assembly Session on April 13, 2021, I would have voted “Aye” on Senate Joint Resolution 14 and Assembly Joint Resolutions 14, 19, 26, 31, and 33, and I would have voted “No” on Assembly Resolution 16 and Assembly Joint Resolution 32.
