2021 Wisconsin Act 95 provides a statutory framework regarding the composition of the Wisconsin commission for the United States Semiquincentennial commission. The commission’s composition shall include “[t]he senate president, or his or her designee.” As senate president, I am designating Senator Kathleen Bernier to serve on the commission as a permanent member and my designee.
