AB150, s. 515 Section 515. 20.143 (2) of the statutes, as affected by 1993 Wisconsin Act 16, section 194, is renumbered 20.380 (2), and 20.380 (2) (a), (b) and (bm), as renumbered, are amended to read:

AB150,432,16 20.380 (2) (a) General program operations. The amounts in the schedule for general program operations under subch. II IV of ch. 560 27 except for those functions under ss. 560.23 27.61 (4) and 560.29 27.65.

AB150,432,21 (b) Tourism marketing. The amounts in the schedule for tourism marketing service expenses and the execution of the functions under ss. 560.23 27.61 (4) and 560.29 27.65. Of the amounts under this paragraph, not more than 50% shall be used to match funds allocated under s. 560.29 27.65 by private or public organizations for the joint effort marketing of tourism with the state.

AB150,433,3 (bm) Heritage tourism pilot program. Biennially, the amounts in the schedule to establish and operate the heritage tourism pilot program under s. 560.31 and to make the grants under 1993 Wisconsin Act 16, section 9115 (1j) 27.66.

AB150,433,18 (ka) Interagency agreements. All moneys received through contracts or financial agreements for provision of services to other state agencies, except moneys appropriated under par. (kc) or (ks), for the purpose of providing the services.

AB150,434,2 (kc) Administrative services. The amounts in the schedule for administrative and support services for programs administered by the department. All moneys received by the department from the department, not directed to be deposited under par. (ks), as payment for administrative and support services for programs administered by the department shall be credited to this appropriation.

AB150,434,4 (ks) Data processing. All moneys received from data processing services provided internally to be used to meet the costs associated with the services.

AB150,434,7 (m) Federal funds. All federal moneys received as authorized under s. 16.54, except as otherwise appropriated under this subsection, for the purposes of the programs administered by the department.

AB150,434,10 (ma) Federal aid-program administration. All moneys received from the federal government, as authorized by the governor under s. 16.54, to fund the state's administrative costs for general program operations.

AB150,434,13 (pz) Indirect cost reimbursements. All moneys received from the federal government as reimbursement of indirect costs of grants and contracts for the purposes authorized in s. 16.54 (9) (b).

Ninety percent of all moneys received under ss. 601.31, 601.32, 601.45 and 601.47 shall be credited to this appropriation.

Payments to the investment board pursuant to s. 20.536, payments to the general fund under s. 607.21 (4) and payments for medical examinations and inspection reports shall be charged directly to this subsection.

Ninety percent of all moneys received under chs. 440 to 480, except s. ss. 440.05 (1) (b) and 440.10, less $10 of each renewal fee received under s. 452.12 (5), and all moneys transferred from the appropriation under par. (i) and all moneys received under s. 440.055 (2), shall be credited to this appropriation.
