14potential of the product or service to be exported in a particular foreign market.

(b) The department shall give priority for reimbursements under this section
18to eligible businesses participating in the department's export mentoring program.

3(6) An eligible business that is approved for a reimbursement under sub. (4)
4shall provide to the department, within 90 days after the trade show or matchmaker
5trade delegation event for which the reimbursement is sought, documentation
