1An Act to amend 229.42 (4) (f) of the statutes;
relating to: the membership of
2a local exposition district board.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the cochairpersons of the joint committee on finance are
members of a local exposition district board or they may designate substitutes if the
substitutes are members of that committee. This bill discontinues the requirement
that the substitutes be members of that committee.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

1. 229.42 (4) (f) of the statutes is amended to read:

(4) (f) Two members, each of whom shall be a cochairperson of the joint
5committee on finance, or his or her designee
if the designee is a member of the joint
6committee on finance.
