20recognized American Indian tribe or band in this state that operates a tribal

23economic support program shall meet all requirements specified in the plan. These
24requirements shall be similar to the requirements of the Wisconsin works program
1under ss. 49.141 to 49.161. The plan shall specify the method of determining the
2amount of the payment to be made for each tribal economic support program.
