8obligations of NATO in pursuing the development, growth and promotion of
9democratic institutions and ensuring free market economic development; and

16Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the members of the
17legislature of the state of Wisconsin respectfully urge the United States Senate to
1support the Republic of Poland's petition for admission to the North Atlantic Treaty
