This joint resolution prohibits a report of a committee of conference from being
considered by either house of the legislature until it has been made available to the
members of that house for at least five days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state
and federal legal holidays.

75 business days, as defined in section 562.01 (3m) of the statutes.
