Assembly Rules 59 (intro.) and 90 (6): The rules provided that, once an
unanimous consent request is granted, all other unanimous consent requests made
thereafter on that session day are treated as granted, without the presiding officer
stating the question requested.

AR16,1,8 5Assembly Rule 59. Conduct during debate. (intro.) Unless permission is
6given by unanimous consent or the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members
7present, no or unless unanimous consent has been granted for another request on
8that session day, a
member may not:
