Assembly Rule 7 (4) The committee on assembly organization shall determine

employes employees assigned to each member and the type
7of duties and responsibilities assigned to each
employe employee, but may not assign
8the duty or responsibility of press spokesperson to any employee. A member may not
9assign the duty or responsibility of press spokesperson to any employee.
