1. Special order scheduled. The following proposal shall be a
3special order of business on Thursday, March 8, 2001, at the time shown:

(1) At 9:01 a.m., 2001 Senate Bill 2,
relating to: the scope of regulation and
4reporting of information by nonresident registrants under the campaign
5finance law.

2. Twelve hour notice. Consideration of the special order of

Section 1 of this resolution shall occur at the time shown in
that section or 12 hours after adoption of this resolution, whichever is later.
