1An Act relating to: increasing the amount appropriated to the state hygiene

Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill increases the amount appropriated to the state hygiene laboratory by
$250,000 for the 2001-02 fiscal year.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation
5to the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System under section 20.285
6(1) (fd) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2001, the dollar amount is increased
7by $250,000 for fiscal year 2001-02 to increase funding for the purpose for which the
8appropriation is made.
