3Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That, upon the adoption
4of this joint resolution by the senate and concurrence therein by the assembly and
5notwithstanding joint rule 3, there is created a committee of conference on 2001
6Assembly Bill 843 and 2001 Senate Bill 104, the 2001 "Campaign Finance Bills," to
7reconcile the differences between the 2 houses, as reflected by 2001 Assembly Bill
8843, as engrossed by the assembly, and 2001 Senate Bill 104, as engrossed by the
9senate, and to present its report on one or both of the bills to the 2 houses; and, be
10it further

11Resolved, That, notwithstanding senate rule 35 and assembly rule 40 (1),
12neither of the bills need receive 3 readings.
