12parents in their homes. For organizations applying for grants for the first time on
13or after July 1, 1998, the board shall give favorable consideration in awarding grants
14to organizations for programs in communities where home visitation programs that
15provide in-home visitation services to parents with newborn infants are in existence
16or are in development and, if grants are awarded, shall require programs supported
17by grants to maximize coordination with these home visitation programs. Programs
18supported by the grants shall track individual clients participants to ensure that
19they receive necessary services and shall emphasize direct services to families with
20children who are 3 years of age or less.

5secretary of administration shall transfer, from the children's trust fund to the

9the length of terms specified for members of the child abuse and neglect prevention

11one of the additional members appointed to that board shall be initially appointed
12for a term expiring on May 1, 2007.

AB262,18,1914 (1) Statewide projects. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes
15for the appropriation to the child abuse and neglect prevention board under section
1620.433 (1) (g) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2005, the dollar amount is
17increased by $300,000 for fiscal year 2005-06 and the dollar amount is increased by
18$300,000 for fiscal year 2006-07 to increase funding for statewide projects under
