This bill prohibits a person from landing a helicopter in State Fair Park except
in case of emergency.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

1. 42.06 of the statutes is created to read:

442.06 Helicopter landings. (1) No person may land a helicopter in state fair
5park, except in case of emergency.

6(2) Any person who violates sub. (1) may be required to forfeit not more than
