10secretary of corrections shall enter an order revoking or not revoking parole

11extended supervision. If the examiner, the administrator upon review, or the
12secretary in the case of a waiver finds that the prisoner has violated the rules or
13conditions of parole
or extended supervision, the examiner, the administrator upon
14review, or the secretary in the case of a waiver, may order the prisoner returned to
15prison to continue serving his or her sentence, or to continue on parole
or extended
16supervision. If the prisoner claims or appears to be indigent, the department shall
17refer the prisoner to the authority for indigency determinations specified under s.
18977.07 (1).

subsection section. The department may not redesign
16registration plates for the special groups under s. 341.14 (6r) (f) 53., 54., or 55. until

Except for registration plates issued under s. 341.14 (6r) (f) 53., 54., or
1855., the first design cycle for registration plates issued under ss. 341.14 (1), (1a), (1m),
19(1q), (2), (2m), (6m), and (6r), 341.25 (1) (a), (c), (h), and (j) and (2) (a), (b), and (c), and
20341.26 (2) and (3) (a) 1. and (am) began July 1, 2000. (2m) Applicability. 21Notwithstanding s. 341.13 (3), as the department establishes new designs for
22registration plates under this section, the department shall, at the time determined
23appropriate by the department, issue registration plates of the new design to replace

plates plate shall be so designed as to readily apprise law enforcement
16officers of the fact that the vehicle is owned by a disabled veteran and is entitled to
17the parking privileges specified in s. 346.50 (2). No charge in addition to the
18registration fee shall be made for the issuance or renewal of
such plates the plate.

5as to readily apprise law enforcement officers of the fact that the vehicle is operated
6by a licensed driver on whom a disabled person is regularly dependent and is entitled
7to the parking privileges specified in s. 346.50 (2a). No charge in addition to the
8registration fee may be made for the issuance or renewal of the
plates plate. The
9plates plate shall conform to the plates required in sub. (1a).

12subdivision, in excess of $27,600 for the initial costs of production of the special group
13plate under par. (f) 57., shall be credited to the appropriation
account under s. 20.435

15is deductible as a charitable contribution for purposes of the taxes under ch. 71.
