23The amounts in the schedule to operate a statewide public safety interoperable
24communication system. All moneys received from public safety agencies that are

1state agencies as fees under s. 16.964 (15) (b) shall be credited to this appropriation

3Section 575. 20.505 (6) (kc) of the statutes is repealed.
4Section 576. 20.505 (6) (kj) of the statutes is amended to read:
5 20.505 (6) (kj) Youth diversion program. The amounts in the schedule for youth
6diversion services under s. 16.964 (8) (a) and (c). All moneys transferred from the
7appropriation account under s. 20.455 (2) (i) 8. shall be credited to this appropriation
8account. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), the unencumbered balance on June 30
9of each year shall revert to the appropriation account under s. 20.455 (2) (i).
10Section 577. 20.505 (6) (kp) of the statutes is created to read:
11 20.505 (6) (kp) Data gathering and analysis. The amounts in the schedule for
12gathering and analyzing statistics on the justice system, including racial disparity,
13uniform crime reporting, and incident-based reporting. Of each $18 received under
14s. 814.86 (1), $1.50 shall be credited to this appropriation account.
15Section 578. 20.505 (6) (kv) of the statutes is created to read:

10Section 600. 20.550 (1) (kj) of the statutes is amended to read:
11 20.550 (1) (kj) Conferences and training. The amounts in the schedule to
12sponsor conferences and training under ch. 977. All moneys transferred from the
13appropriation account under s. 20.455 (2) (i) 15. shall be credited to this
14appropriation account. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), the unencumbered
15balance on June 30 of each year shall revert to the appropriation account under s.
1620.455 (2) (i).
17Section 601. 20.566 (1) (gc) of the statutes is created to read:
18 20.566 (1) (gc) Administration of transit authority taxes. From the moneys
19received from the appropriation account under s. 20.835 (4) (gc), the amounts in the
20schedule for the purpose of administering the transit authority taxes imposed under
21s. 77.708. Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), at the end of the fiscal year the
22unencumbered balance in this appropriation account shall be transferred to the
23appropriation account under s. 20.835 (4) (gc).
24Section 602. 20.566 (1) (hc) of the statutes is created to read:

120.566 (1) (hc) Collections from the financial record matching program. From
2moneys received from the collection of delinquent Wisconsin taxes and other debts
3under s. 71.91, that are collected as a result of the program under s. 71.91 (8), the
4amounts in the schedule to pay the costs incurred by the department of revenue and
5financial institutions to match account holders at financial institutions to the
6department's delinquent account database, as provided under s. 71.91 (8).
7Notwithstanding s. 20.001 (3) (a), at the end of the fiscal year the unencumbered
8balance of this appropriation account lapses to the general fund.
9Section 603. 20.566 (1) (t) of the statutes is created to read:
10 20.566 (1) (t) Farmland preservation credit, 2010 and beyond. From the
11working lands fund, the amounts in the schedule for administration of the farmland
