7as secretary of the Apostolic Nunciature in Washington, D.C.; and

9Kenrick-Glennon Seminary, serving also as director of spiritual formation and
10professor of Church history; and

12Pontifical North American College in Rome where he served until June 2001, serving
13as a visiting professor of Church history at the Pontifical Gregorian University and

15University of St. Thomas Aquinas; and

12Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the legislature
13congratulates Timothy Michael Cardinal Dolan on the occasion of his elevation to the
14College of Cardinals, and thanks him for his years of service to the people of
15Wisconsin; and, be it further
