16Section 236. 20.255 (1) (jm) of the statutes is amended to read:
17 20.255 (1) (jm) Professional services center charges. The amounts in the
18schedule to carry out the purposes for which the sale or use of services and inventory
19items are received. All Except as provided in par. (he), all moneys received from the
20sale or use of services and inventory items shall be credited to this appropriation.
21Section 237. 20.255 (2) (ap) of the statutes is repealed.

7the schedule for state aids for technical college districts and technical colleges,
8including area schools and programs established and maintained under the
9supervision of the board, under s. 38.28 (2) (b), (be), and (bm), and for production and
10distribution of the statewide guide under s. 38.04 (18). Of the amount in the schedule
11for each fiscal year not exceeding $50,000 may be spent by the board to match federal
12funds made available for technical education by any act of congress for the purposes
13set forth in such act and no more than $125,000 may be spent by the board to produce
14and distribute the statewide guide under s. 38.04 (18). If, in any fiscal year, actual
15program fees raised under s. 38.24 (1m) exceed board estimates, the increase shall
16be used to offset actual district aidable cost.
17Section 258. 20.292 (1) (dc) of the statutes is repealed.
