14effective date of this paragraph remain in effect and are transferred to that
15examining board. The examining board shall carry out any obligations under such
16a contract until the contract is modified or rescinded by the examining board to the
17extent allowed under the contract.

19professional counseling, and social work examining board in the department of
20safety and professional services in effect on the effective date of this paragraph

AB726,150,13 51. The governor shall determine which 14 members — consisting of one
6architect, one landscape architect, one professional engineer, one designer, one
7professional land surveyor, and 9 public members — are to be removed from the
8examining board of architects, landscape architects, professional engineers,
9designers, and professional land surveyors as a result of this act's treatment of
10section 15.405 (2) of the statutes. No later than the 60th day after the effective date
11of this paragraph, the governor shall notify the examining board of that
12determination and report that determination to the legislature under section 13.172
13(2) of the statutes.
AB726,150,20 142. The governor shall determine which 3 members — consisting of 1 social
15worker and 2 public members — are to be removed from the marriage and family
16therapy, professional counseling, and social work examining board as a result of this
17act's treatment of section 15.405 (7c) (a) 1. and 4. of the statutes. No later than the
1860th day after the effective date of this paragraph, the governor shall notify the
19affected members and the examining board of that determination and report that
20determination to the legislature under section 13.172 (2) of the statutes.

9Notwithstanding the length of terms specified for the members of the medical
10therapy examining board under section 15.405 (7r) of the statutes, the new member
11appointed to the medical therapy examining board under section 15.405 (7r) (ar) of
12the statutes, as affected by this act, shall be appointed for a term expiring on July
131, 2018; the new member appointed to the medical therapy examining board under
14section 15.405 (7r) (at) of the statutes, as affected by this act, shall be appointed for
15a term expiring on July 1, 2019; and the new member appointed to the medical
16therapy examining board under section 15.405 (7r) (av) of the statutes, as affected
17by this act, shall be appointed for a term expiring on July 1, 2020.
